Returns and Refunds

The following terms and conditions are applicable to on-line website orders and also to transactions made in-store, or via email, or via telephone order or any other transaction means.

Returns & Exchanges

The following conditions apply to all returns:

  • Return and exchange of goods is at the sole discretion of Print Decor, in accordance with Consumer Affairs Victoria. Print Decor is not obliged to accept goods for exchange, but where possible Print Decor will endeavour to make this option available provided the below terms are also met. In the case of wishing to return a mirror the customer needs to have followed the advices and warnings regarding mirror as found on the Print Decor website https://www.printdecor.com.au/mirror-care-and-installation/
  • If you (customer) are unsure that you want to take the item/s being purchased please call or email Print Decor in advance and obtain a written agreement to be able to exchange goods within 7 days of date of delivery.
  • If customer wishes to return goods for exchange and Print Decor has agreed to accept said goods Print Decor reserves the right to charge a re stocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price plus any shipping costs if applicable.
  • If customer wishes to return goods for exchange and Print Decor has agreed to accept said goods, the goods are to be returned within 7 days of receipt by customer.
  • If customer wishes to return goods for exchange and Print Decor has agreed to accept said goods the item/s must be returned to Print Decor in their original condition.
  • All tags and packaging must be in original condition (no torn boxes).
  • We ask that you send us a copy of your receipt with the item you purchased.
  • The customer bares the cost of the return shipping of the original and exchanged items.
  • Goods that have been ordered by customer and are being held at Print Decor are considered purchased and are subject to the conditions stipulated above.

Please choose carefully we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are:

  • Faulty
  • Wrongly described
  • Different to sample shown to you
  • Don't do what they are supposed to do


Freight and handling charges on the returned items are non-refundable.

Please note Print Decor requires goods collected from store or shipped to customer are inspected within 3 days of receipt. Products need to be inspected and any claim made PRIOR to installation / hanging of the product. Claims of faulty product need to be made within 3 days of receipt of goods and goods returned to store in the original packaging or photos of any fault or damage of the product provided including any damage to packaging.
