 I now employ a regular model and have done so for about 10 years. Previous to that I would regularly attend sketch club in Bondi where I lived for about 10 years. I think it’s a challenge and a great experience on so many levels. My current model has become my friend. She attended my recent exhibition in Sydney and it’s nice to have this rapport which I think shows in the work. At times the work crosses over into portraiture which I think can be seen in the work “Amanda” who also was a regular model and has become a very good friend of mine.
