Cost effective pre-made frame

At 841 x 1189 mm, A0 is one of the largest standard print sizes available. Getting a well-made frame for it, at a fair price, is not always straightforward. This Melbourne-made black frame is built from sustainable Tasmanian Oak hardwood with a woodgrain finish. It is designed to fit A0 prints, photographs, and artwork.

The frame face is 20mm wide and 40mm deep which gives it adequate strength for the size. There’s two glazing options. The glass version is suited to Melbourne metro customers who are collecting in store or receiving local delivery. The Perspex (acrylic) version is available for non metro and interstate delivery. The Perspex used here is a high-quality acrylic. It is not the thin plastic found in mass-produced imported frames.

The moulding has a black woodgrain finish, showing the natural character of the timber beneath. The white and natural oak versions in this range share the same construction. All three colours are available from A4 through to A0 and other assorted sizes.

The frame arrives ready for you to insert your image. Print Decor can also fit your artwork into the frame for you professionally if preferred. This is available at an additional cost, which is detailed on the ready-made frames options page. A mat board in your chosen colour can also be added. Custom sizes, with or without a mat, are available on request.

Pick-up from the Malvern store carries no delivery charge. Non Melbourne metro and interstate orders require the Perspex variant due to transport requirements for large glazed frames.

This is a locally made frame at a size where imported alternatives often disappoint on quality. If you have a large print that deserves proper presentation, this is a practical and well-priced option.
