Postage & Shipping

We ship all items via registered post to ensure they arrive safely and are collected by you.

Most items will ship within 48hrs of you placing an order. However if the item is on backorder with the manufacturer shipping may take longer. The following conditions apply to all returns:

• The items must be returned to us in their original condition.
• All tags and packaging must be in original condition (no torn boxes).
• We ask that you send us a copy of your receipt with the item you purchased.
• The customer bares the cost of the return shipping of the original and exchanged items.

Refunds

Please choose carefully we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are:

• Faulty
• Wrongly described
• Different to sample shown to you
• Don't do what they are supposed to do

Postage and handling charges on the returned items are non-refundable.
